Christine Fréchette: “I remain deeply convinced that the third way is the right way for Quebec.”

I think every riding in Quebec has the possibility of becoming a cradle of the coalition to keep the third way active, and we’re working toward that.

Quebec was led by women for a total of 25 months in 159 years. It’s too little.

“Last night, you made your position clear,” she said in French. “You chose to entrust the government to another team. I accept that choice, and as leader, I take responsibility for it.”

“My opponent is Donald Trump; he is the real opponent,’’ said Fréchette on Aug. 27, in Quebec City, adding, “I’m asking for a mandate to move forward through a storm.”
