Carney’s token announcements don’t measure up to the billions of dollars in public funding and corporate incentives that could go toward a proposed oil pipeline from Alberta to the West Coast.

I think it’s pretty ugly to see this occasion being used to score partisan points. I won’t be doing that. It was a personal reflection that I know is shared by many people.
