It’s time for Mark Carney to keep his promise that he would negotiate a win and get the tariffs off Canadian softwood lumber.

We are cheering for the prime minister to deliver the deal he promised Canadian workers and keep his promise to negotiate a win.

He is driving entrepreneurs out of Canada with taxes, red tape, and inflation while simultaneously giving handouts, bailouts, and carveouts to the club of corporate insiders.

We hope that over the next couple of days we’ll hear the good news that Mr. Carney will have kept his promise and Canadians will get (an) even better deal than we had before.
