It’s time for Mark Carney to keep his promise that he would negotiate a win and get the tariffs off Canadian softwood lumber.

We hope that over the next couple of days we’ll hear the good news that Mr. Carney will have kept his promise and Canadians will get (an) even better deal than we had before.

Canada cannot accept one-sided tariffs that will de-industrialise our country.
