By virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 5234 of Title 10 of the United States Code, it is ordered as follows:

I hope the men and women of each Department and Agency will, in their own way, pursue this vital purpose during Brotherhood Week--and throughout the year.

We can now begin to see the day when such programs may become operationally feasible.
