I think for people who are listening, too, to realize that, and I think you confirmed the figures here, $2 billion is the cost to the taxpayer every year to operate the buildings, is that correct?
What are we spending? That is what I am asking. I understand we don't have enough; your point was pretty clear. What are we spending, $2 billion?

This is a great opportunity, I think, for the Committee to get an update from stakeholders and on the progress, as the Chairman has lined out very explicitly, on DWWIA, which was enacted in the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
