Coal provides more electricity than any other single source in the United States today.
I'm concerned that this is short sighted.
There cannot be back door taxes on coal or coal-generated electricity.
But we need a willing partner. We've not had that willing partner, sir.
Every utility operator today has told me they are forced to make fuel switching because of the uncertainty with the EPA.
Even by EIA's own estimation coal is going to be the dominant factor of producing electricity for the next 30 to 40 years.
Basically the goal was to have energy independence, truly energy independence.
