The legislative clerk read as follows: The Senator from West Virginia [Mr. Rockefeller], for Mr. Wyden, proposes an amendment numbered 27. The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To increase the number of test sites in the National Airspace System used for unmanned aerial vehicles and to require one of those test sites to include a significant portion of public lands) On page 96, lines 4 and 5, strike ``at 4 test sites in the National Airspace System by 2012'' and insert ``by 2012 at 10 test sites in the National Airspace System, one of which shall include a significant portion of public lands (as defined in section 203 of the Public Lands Corps Act of 1993 (16 U.S.C. 1722))''.
