Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division A, insert the following: Sec. __. Each amount made available by this division (other than an amount required to be made available by a provision of law) is hereby reduced by a pro rata amount so that the total reduction resulting from the application of this section is $1,000,000,000. Page 287, line 12, after the dollar amount, insert ``(increased by $1,000,000,000)''.
