The text of the amendment is as follows: Amendment No. 6 offered by Ms. Moore of Wisconsin: Page 6, line 21, insert after ``performance'' the following: ``, including compliance with the Department of Defense policy regarding the participation of small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, veteran-owned small businesses, service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses, and women- owned small businesses''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1300, the gentlewoman from Wisconsin (Ms. Moore) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Wisconsin.
