The two most important things to me are the Army personnel and modernization.

No, obviously not at this point. I mean, Putin gave the famous speech in 2007, at the Munich Security Conference, which I’ve kind of summed up as where he basically said, we’re coming for you, you know, Russia is going to be back.
My constituents asked me about Ukraine all the time. I have a large Ukrainian population in my district but even constituents who aren’t Ukrainian this is something that has drawn the attention.
