Those who seek to shut down the board--and that is what this hearing is about; make no mistake--are serving the narrow interests of the 1 percent.

I do not believe that it was unprecedented at all.

It means there is no board to certify election results. It means there is no board to order employers to comply with the results of an employees' vote.

The board is part of the solution.
