going forward, you are--what you are saying is you think that Congress should put ample amounts for the inspector general's offices into any significant spending increase.
The opposite sides of the aisle may not agree on the policies that brought these children to our border, but once they are in our care and we have taken responsibility for them, I think we all agree that they ought to be taken care of properly.
We will never know what they were doing at that point in history and whether or not something bad was about to happen inside the lab.
