So all the rest of these companies are--if we go in and pick out any one of the ones you named or some others, we are going to find that they don't have these ties to the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese Communist Government.

Time and again, we have requested information and testimony on how this has happened. And then time and again, the Department has failed to be accountable and transparent.
What it says is, is that if you are going to--and certainly the State and local governments are able to do that, but if you are going to allow noncitizens to vote in your local and State elections, that you have to keep separate rolls, and you have to have separate ballots if you have two elections going on at the same time.
