the title of this legislation, the HONEST Act, which seems to somehow imply that EPA employees and EPA scientists are somehow not being honest.
Today we're marking up H.R. 1159, the United States and Israel Space Cooperation Act.
One of the original objectives when Congress created NASA in 1958 was peaceful international cooperation.
It seems that we have tilted the scales upside down, and if what should be good for the goose, good for the gander, that if there's a disclosure, that that's the principle of participation, then let's make that fair for the professors also.
