Mr. Chair, I yield myself the balance of my time. Mr. Chairman, this amendment would add Chinese military companies to the definition of ``foreign entity of concern.'' It seems to me that if it is a Chinese military company, it would already be considered under the definition of an ``entity of concern'' because they are subject to the jurisdiction or direction of China, which is a foreign country of concern. I don't know if this adds anything. I think it would be duplicative language. Therefore, I would recommend a ``no'' vote. Mr. Chair, I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR.
