Mr. Speaker, I recognize the fact that we received a letter from ITI in support of the legislation, the Information Technology Industry Council. They point out that the bill will help many workers obtain the skills needed for today's jobs by increasing the cap on incumbent worker training funds to allow the current workforce to reskill and upskill and directs 50 percent of the funds toward workforce skill education through the individual training accounts, on-the-job training and employer-led initiatives, as well as including digital literacy skills, which play a pivotal role in today's jobs.
