Madam Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume. Madam Speaker, once again, I have no objection to this particular bill. I do have objections to the process we are going through. The House has already passed a bill. It went to the Senate. The Senate passed a bill. It came back here. Now, we introduced a new bill to go up there with different changes in it going back to the Senate. We should have fixed it the first time. But having said that, go with it. Madam Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time.
