The legislative clerk read as follows: The Senator from Utah [Mr. Hatch] moves to commit the bill H.R. 4872 to the Committee on Finance with instructions to report the same back to the Senate within 1 day with changes to strike all cuts to the Medicare Advantage program and add an offset if the Department of Health and Human Services' actuary certifies that 1,000,000 or more Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, American seniors, and disabled individuals, will lose their current Medicare Advantage coverage or plan benefits.
