Well, in fact, the Supreme Court ruled that it's not a constitutional issue. It's states' rights issue.
Well, I think the negotiation with Mr. McCarthy, if it's not successful, they'll be looking for the next able person who will agree with what Mr. McCarthy would not agree with.
