I would hope that both DHS and State can update this report so that the other branch of Government, that being the Congress, can do its job.

The idea that the report required by law... would not include information about proliferation of weapons of mass destruction to me is a woefully inadequate report.

the State Department did not fully comply with the level of detail required by two laws, two statutes, one being the National Defense Authorization Act and the second one being the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act.

They, too--we will never know their names or faces--the public, at least--but they deserve our congratulations as well.
