When you are telling individuals that they can enter this country illegally and there will be no consequences for their actions, that is pretty much inviting people to come here and break the law, and the cartels are aware of that.
Did you find out where that came from? Because the region said--the regional director said it came from Washington.
So, we can set the record straight--and I know it is not intentional misleading - but, even the courts have made clear there was no Muslim ban.
