Mr. Speaker, I rise in support of young DREAMers: young people brought as children without proper documentation to this country; young people willing to work hard to share in the American Dream; young people who have so much to offer America. Today, 220 House Republicans said ``no'' to their dream by voting to terminate the program that allows them to stay legally. These Republicans, by their votes, said ``no'' to an essential element of comprehensive immigration reform at the very time the Senate is about to take up that measure. To those Republicans who say, ``No, we can't,'' we need more and more Americans who insist, ``Yes, we can.'' When we harness the energy of these youth, when we reform our immigration laws in a comprehensive way, we will create an America as good as their dream. ____________________
