It is very important to be more cautious rather than less cautious. And though I know it is inconvenient for many passengers, nevertheless, I would rather err on the side of caution to make sure that we don't have an accident that we could have prevented.

I want you to have that, because I know that you might not be able to anticipate an added runway, or a taxiway, or an apron, and you need to be able to do something quickly.

I just wanted to make sure that we do not keep doing temporary things if it is going to be long-term.
