I think that's a very important new concept, and we need to have the nice places for them to be.
It just seems that if you're going to have by April of next year, at the very latest, an idea where you're going to move them, it surely would help if we could not wait for the whole BRAC process.
Do you see Navy bases overseas coming back, and is that something that is going to figure into your BRAC and our Military Construction decisions in the future?
We may want to look at that as we get closer to the time that we're going to pass our bill
I just think because they're different, we shouldn't forget about them as a way to become more efficient.
Madam Vice Chairwoman, I would agree with you totally on wanting to know how much of the agreements have been made on costs and cost sharing, but there's one little semantic thing, we don't need the permission of Korea to leave a base or any other country.
