Mr. President, I thank the distinguished chairman of the committee. He has been supportive of this amendment from the beginning. Senator Hagan and I can say that we have regularly communicated with the chairman, and maybe he would even consider that we have hounded him to death. But nevertheless, I know he was helping us all along. We worked on the drafting to assure that the language met both the minority and majority requirements. I am pleased he has worked with us on this amendment. I thank Senator Hagan as well for being such a staunch cosponsor of this amendment. I yield back my time and ask for the yeas and nays. How fast--you are talking about an area bigger than Connecticut. How fast can the Curiosity move so that it can cover the amount of land that you are trying to cover in the time that you have?
