Madam Speaker, I move to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 241) to reauthorize the Tropical Forest and Coral Reef Conservation Act of 1998. The Clerk read the title of the bill. The text of the bill is as follows: H.R. 241 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Tropical Forest and Coral Reef Conservation Reauthorization Act of 2021''. SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION. Section 806(d) of the Tropical Forest and Coral Reef Conservation Act of 1998 (22 U.S.C. 2431d(d)) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraphs: ``(9) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2022. ``(10) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2023. ``(11) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2024. ``(12) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2025. ``(13) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2026.''.
