The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. (a) For an additional amount for ``Corps of Engineers-Civil--Construction'' for additional funding for ongoing work on authorized projects (except for Flood and Storm Damage Reduction, Navigation, and Environmental Infrastructure projects) there is appropriated, and the amount otherwise made available for such account is hereby reduced by, $10,000,000. (b) None of the funds made available by this Act for ``Corps of Engineers-Civil--Construction'' in excess of $276,117,000 may be used for additional funding for ongoing work on Flood and Storm Damage Reduction projects.
