Madam Chair, I thank my colleague from Texas, and thank him for the kind words. And I appreciate it. I thank him for the work that he's been doing. At this time, Madam Chair, I'd certainly just want to ask my colleagues to support this. I'm also a former small businessperson, and I understand how hard capital can be to get to the small businesses. So I would ask Members to support my amendment. I yield back the balance of my time.
