Madam Chair, I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), add the following new section: Sec. 5__. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available in this Act may be used by an agency of the executive branch to pay for first-class travel by an employee of the agency in contravention of sections 301-10.122 through 301-10.124 of title 41, Code of Federal Regulations. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1559, the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Cuellar) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Texas.
