I'd like to thank my colleague, Representative Pappas, for his partnership and leadership on the bill and I urge my colleagues to support this very simple, smart, bipartisan legislation that is meant again to tear down barriers and create opportunities for everyone of every ability and perhaps show Congress and the world what it means to think differently.

I think when you go home you can tell them about a committee that actually is getting something done in a bipartisan fashion.
