I'm convinced that free broadcasting is a cornerstone of our democracy.

It is always better for labor and management to resolve their differences and produce an agreement.

It would create more and better jobs for the U.S. workers.

Every American has a role to play in solving these serious domestic problems.

I call upon organizations that serve agricultural producers to strengthen their support for rural health and safety programs.

A vote against Fast Track is a vote against all the things we hold dear -- prosperity at home and growth in other lands.

These problems will never be solved without community action.

We have much to gain from extending Fast Track -- a new era of open, free, and fair trade.

If we lose this Fast Track authority, we lose any hope of achieving these three vital agreements.

I salute you, and I appreciate it very much.
