It seems to me that FEMA ought to be more creative, ought to be more innovative, ought to be thinking outside of their own little jurisdictional box.

Juveniles must not be held in the same holding cells as adults.

If the conditions of our off-reservation facilities were found in the same conditions as many of our reservation facilities, there would be widespread public outrage.

There are numerous problems in Indian country today that require immediate attention.
