If Congress continues to underfund the Service, we won't make the progress we need to.

It is clear that the Federal Government has not delivered on its trust and treaty promises to Indian Country.

Indian Country deserves better care. Let's get it to them.

I applaud Congresswoman Stefanik for her leadership supporting important historic preservation programs, including sponsoring HR3448.

But, today, Mr. Chairman, I appreciate the agenda, I appreciate the things you and Mr. Neguse have brought forward, and I also appreciate very much the comments that were made that, as we tell our history, let's tell the truth.
