I would argue that we need to be looking at Syria through the same prism, that people are literally being slaughtered.

The question for me is, 'Can you afford to lose?' The answer is 'No'.

Now the Gates Foundation and ONE and other organizations, they are doing things apart from the U.S. Government. Is that correct?
