Infant care costs exceed the average cost of in-State college tuition.
I want to focus on something that we do not talk about enough.
We appreciate you and the ranking member having this hearing and a number of hearings on the broad issue of tax reform.
I do not understand the opposition to those, but I just want to state them again for the record.
I get calls and letters pretty much every day from Ohioans who are struggling to afford their medicines and their premiums.
I remain unalterably opposed to any attempt to do what they tried to do in those bills.
Now is the time for this Congress to come together.
The CHIP program has provided these services for little or no cost. CHIP is a tremendous value.

The one part about this discussion today that is encouraging... is that there is consensus about the need to make the cost sharing payments.
