Should the Federal Government be providing the protective equipment for the hospitals rather than the hospitals provide that, the insurance companies paying for that?
I just do not think it works. And I want to be humane. We have a moral obligation to the least of these, folks who do not have a place to live, but there has got to be a better way to do this.
