I just don't hear about this, when I hear about problems, I don't hear about this option enough.
I strongly urge the Committee to work to improve patient care, protect our nurses, and solve the nurse staffing crisis.
Throwing collective bargaining agreements to the side when one party does not like it undermines the bargaining process ...
