DOJ is committed, and they followed through on the commitment to doing the best that they can do with the laws that remain in place.
These unabashedly racist and partisan attacks on our nation's democratic principles must be forcibly condemned and expeditiously reversed.
The privilege applies when you`re talking about folks who are concerned about prosecution down the road. So that`s certainly something that a witness can assert.
They will want to have a very thorough discussion with him about why he made that statement and what conversations he had with the former president and what the basis for that is.
the intelligence community doesn`t operate absent narrowly constricted circumstances against U.S. persons inside of the United States.
DOJ is going to have to face the decision that’s in front of them, the decision about whether or not they’re going to take some action to hold the former President accountable for his efforts to obstruct justice.
This is a man who asked people to violently eject protesters from his own rally.
It’s very clear that the former President doesn’t believe in winning elections by convincing the American people to vote for him.
