I think it is also important to bring this up, because I know that I am working with Senator Barrasso over in the Senate to advocate for policies that build our domestic needs through industry because it is so important.

If not fixed, this bill has language that gives the NTIA and Assistant Secretary vast authority to spend the money as he or she wishes.
