it is not a question of if we are going to do comprehensive tax reform; it is a question of when.
I go back to the point I am going to be honest with the American People. When we stand for legislation here, if we are going to expand government and raise taxes to pay for it, then that is what it is. Let the people decide.
if that is what the people want, so be it, and it is up to the people to decide where we go.
I am concerned where we are going to go in the future with the congressional power that has been granted to us now under the taxing power.
