Exactly. They all have this provision that says they can raise the rate any time, any reason.
We have to keep working. We have to pass it. There is a lot of pushback from the financial industry.
My question is, what has he been doing all this time? His job is to protect the American people. I don't see what he's proposing is any different from what he's been charged with from day one.
