Children, particularly those under the age of 5 are at high risk for an undercount during the 2020 decennial census.

Well, frankly we are in the middle of negotiating the bill, the big omnibus bill, which we hope will be completed on Thursday, and there is still items outstanding.

I do hope if I can encourage you to come visit the program, that you may understand how important it is.

I would love to take you to my district.

We have to have access to services. We have to have women feel comfortable in the environment that they seek care in a sensitive way.

I hope we can work together so that you get the resources you need to do just that.

I do hope we can follow up on this because, as we know--you call it the President's budget, and I call it Mr. Mulvaney's budget.

The Center's work is not only critical, but... it increases the likelihood of discovering effective treatments and even potential cures.

I do want to apologize to you, as well. We have multiple hearings this morning, and I didn't bring my roller skates, so I am moving along.
