I appreciate my colleague's willingness to work with us in the future, and look forward to that as well on this and many other issues. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from New York (Mr. Crowley) that the House suspend the rules and pass the joint resolution, H.J. Res. 83, as amended. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the joint resolution, as amended, was passed. The title was amended so as to read: ``Joint resolution approving the renewal of import restrictions contained in the Burmese Freedom and Democracy Act of 2003, and for other purposes.''. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
