The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the joint resolution, as amended, was passed. The title was amended so as to read: ``Joint resolution approving the renewal of import restrictions contained in the Burmese Freedom and Democracy Act of 2003, and for other purposes.''. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ___________________
