I believe that the use of chemical weapons by the Assad region is indeed a flagrant violation of international norms against the use of such weapons.
First let me state that I agree with the President's decision to come to Congress for the authorization for the use of U.S. military force to address the use of chemical weapons by Syrian forces.
I have huge concerns; that if there is a violation, we should act, especially militarily, in a multilateral way.
