It is only going to happen if we do it collectively.

I supported the interim agreement that allowed the Joint Plan of Action to move forward, but I also support the extension that would allow the negotiations to continue.

I consider the framework where we are--I consider it a success--a multilateral success achieved in close collaboration with our allies.

It would be more risky for us if we did not negotiate.
