I am nonetheless opposed to proposals to eliminate any Government guarantee from the housing finance system.
Eliminating the Government guarantee risks the flight of over $6 trillion dollars from the U.S. housing finance market.
Pulling the plug on the Government guarantee will kill the housing market, not resurrect it.
