Andrew Reed Garbarino is a member of the United States House of Representatives, representing New York's 2nd congressional district since January 3, 2021. A member of the Republican Party, Garbarino succeeded former Representative Peter King. He has focused on issues such as economic development, public safety, and veterans' affairs during his time in office. If this amendment is agreed to, it will prioritize the consideration of the infrastructure package over the partisan wish list.
We must not delay in providing such funds once the Bipartisan Infrastructure Investment in Jobs Act is considered by Congress.
Unfortunately, House democratic leadership has instead prioritized the partisan goal of pushing through this reconciliation budget resolution.
We must ensure that CISA has the visibility it needs to help defend our Federal networks.
H.R. 4256 delivers modernization and provides further access to capital for small businesses in my district in New York and beyond.
Fortunately, President Biden's choices for the top three cyber professionals in the administration are real professionals.
This legislation introduced by myself, Congressman Evan, Congresswoman Houlahan, and former Ranking Member Chabot is so critical.
