Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentlewoman from Connecticut. Ms. DeLAURO. Mr. Speaker, I would make reference to page 7 of the 71- page document. In the Senate bill, I might add, they include a line that says the Senate bill includes the blocking or the prohibition on a Member pay raise. That has been dropped from the bill that has just been proposed.
