Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed to S. Con. Res. 3. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the concurrent resolution by title. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A concurrent resolution (S. Con. Res. 3) honoring the service and sacrifice of Staff Sergeant Salvatore Giunta, a native of Hiawatha, Iowa, and the first living recipient of the Medal of Honor since the Vietnam War. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the concurrent resolution.
